New Colors for Fall 2012

Wine-Burgundy
This fall is taking a twist on your classic red. Wine-burgundy is a deep red and this is one of my favorite colors for fall! This color is great for every skin tone and is great to wear in jeans because colored jeans are making a transition into the fall.

Plum
Plum is a great color for fall as well as winter. This color has transitioned from summer violet to fall/winter plum. This color is great on all skin tones.

 

Royal-Blue
Royal Blue is a classic. This color can make you looked polished or edgy and again is great on all skin tones.

Mustard-Yellow
I have to admit, I am very skeptical about mustard yellow. I have yellow toned skin so this color doesn't look great on me. This color is more for people who do not have yellowish skin tones.

Hunter-Green
I am in love with hunter green! This summer/spring we had mint green and now we are making the transition into the colder months with this hunter green. This color is great to wear in your pants, tops, jackets, and even you accessories. Hunter green goes with so many different colors because it has some grey tones to it.

An Easy Read

I love reading magazines for all the latest trends just like any other teens. These are some of my favorites and are very simple and fun to read.

Seventeen Magazine

Seventeen magazine is great for girls in middle school to about mid college. This magazine talks about everything that a teen would want to know, health, beauty, fashion, real life, money, fitness, and freebies. People Style Watch

People style watch is a magazine that has branched off of People to become a magazine just for fashion, beauty, and money tips. This magazine is great for all ages and is a great for inspiration. http://www.peoplestylewatch.com/people/stylewatch is great because you get to see new inspiration every day!

Glamour

Glamour magazine is more for the girls that are in high school and college. This magazine is a mix in between Cosmopolitan and Seventeen. This magazine is my favorite because it so much fun and interesting to read. Also their website http://www.glamour.com/ is great and fun to check everyday for information on heath, fashion, beauty, and money. Currently Glamour is doing a Fashion Week special in their website. I highly recommend checking it out because this gives you access to on and behind the runway.

InStyle

In style magazine is great for ages 16 and beyond. This magazine has everything about fashion, beauty, and decor. This is my favorite magazine for inspiration. This magazine is kind of like Vogue but has a lot of reading and more information that is great for the everyday woman.

AMAZING Spot Treament!

Lately I have discovered an amazing spot treatment for acne. Clean Clear has a great spot treatment. So I just put a drop on the blemish before bed then put regular toothpaste right over it. The blemish will shrink in size and the redness will go away in one night and then in two nights it will be gone. The only downside is that in replace of the blemish you will be left with a dry spot that will only last a few days. Keep applying the clean and clear spot treatment until the dry sport and blemish is 100% gone.

Fall Hair

You saw this trend in the spring and summer and now it has transitioned into fall. Instead of a bright color like neons, try deep reds, purples, or even blues.

The sleek ponytail is great for school and especially that second day hair. It is quick and easy and won't have you running out the door late.

Half up, half down hairstyles are a classic and can be girlie, classic, boho, or even edgy. This a great style that is a step up from just leaving your hair down. Also this style is great for all hair types.

Headbands are making a comeback this fall and are a great accessories to add to your hair. For school if you are running late just throw in a headband and you are good to go.

OPI Review and Fall Colors

OPI is my favorite nail polish brand. There are so many different colors to choose from. OPI nail polishes are very easy to apply as well as take off. Also these polishes are very opaque so you only need 1-2 coats to get a great color on the nail.

Malaga Wine by OPI is a deep red, like the color of red wine, hence the name.

San tan-tonio by OPI is a great nude brown, that is great for fall and is a great everyday color.

Big Apple Red by OPI is a great bright red, which is great for the fall and winter seasons.


 

Fall's New Jewlery Trend! Collars & Bibs!

Collars and Bib made an appearance in the spring but know there falls' new jewelry trend. When purchasing collars I suggest buying them in the store rather than online because different styles of collars suite different people. When wearing a collar it is meant to  make a statement, not to overwhelm you.
